1) For each of the 3 Open end machines R20 that are included, there are :
- which rotor diameter ? --> 2 sets of Rotors. For both sets, the diameter is 35 mm. There is 1 set for cotton (type SB) and 1 set for synthetics fibers (type ND).
- which opening rollers type ? --> 2 sets of openning rollers : 1 set for cotton (type OB20DN) and 1 set for synthetics fibers (type OS21DN).
- which type of clearers ? --> The clearers are USTER Polyguard type UPG 5 RB.
- which conicity of the take up packages ? --> 2 degrees with a weight up to 5 Kg (340 mm diameter !).
- how many piecer/doffing carriages per machine ? --> 2 robots per machine. Each robot makes simultaneously the piecing and doffing operation.
2) We confirm that the power supply is 380V X 50 Hz X 3 Phase.
3) What kind of product that has this machine produce?
We were producing mainly acrylique/coton/polyester and acrylic/cotton intimate blends in Ne 17 and Ne 18. Meaning the blending is done at the preparation stage (blowroom), and not at the drawing frame stage.
We also produced Ne25 in 100% cotton for garment.
In general, he can produce the yarn count range from Ne 4 to Ne 40.
4) How much tons that could be produce for 20 S?
You can expect to produce in 24 hours about 3 Tons of yarn Ne20 synthethics and cotton.
5) Can do rayon production or not?
Yes you can produce rayon yarn
6) The spare parts is it available for rayon?
Yes, the only part thay has to be bought extra is the buses.
7) The correct size for machines OE length?
The open-end R20 model with 220 rotors (11 sections) has the below dimensions :

The width is : 3,16 meters.

9) RPM Rotor?
This type of machine RIETER R20 can easily run at 100'000 rpm, however looking to the long term, we were prudent and conservative. Thus, the maximum these machines have been runned at is : 75'000 rpm. This low speed has kept the machine in excellent conditions.
10) What kind of product that has this machine produce?
We were producing mainly acrylique/coton/polyester and acrylic/cotton intimate blends in Ne 17 and Ne 18. Meaning the blending is done at the preparation stage (blowroom), and not at the drawing frame stage. We also produced Ne25 in 100% cotton for garment.

On the drawing frames, there is a RIETER Autoregulation system (sliver monitor) and also an automatic cans changer (for replacing full cans with empty cans).

Please note that there are 2 air-conditionning systems included in the sale : 1 air-conditionning from LUWA (the one for which there are the photos) and 1 air-conditionning made by LTG AMELIORAIR that is brand new (still in its boxes and never erected) dating of 2003. For this LTG equipment, we can supply you the drawings of the room and you can build this room and install the LTG new equipment as if you have a brand new spinning mill.
